Welcome to New Wirral, a secluded island populated by odd animals you've never imagined, nightmares you've hoped to avoid, and a cast of heroic individuals who utilize cassette tapes to morph for combat. To find your way home, you'll need to explore the entire island and record creatures on your trusty cassette cassettes to gain their powers!

Transform into monsters...with old cassette tapes?!

Faced with the continual fear of monster attacks, the citizens of Harbourtown, New Wirral, decided to fight fire with fire. Record a monster on tape and then play it back to see it transform into its fighting form!

Fuse the monster shapes!

Getting close to your companion has benefits: when changed, you can combine your strengths to gain an advantage in fight! Any two monster forms can be combined to create unique, fully animated new fusion forms.

Explore a rich, open universe!

Certain monster skills can be employed while in human form. You'll need these to go around, solve puzzles, and find dungeons. Glide, fly, swim, climb, dash, or become magnetic!

Travel with a wide group of human companions!

Never fight alone! Form bonds, spend time together, and assist your chosen partner in achieving personal goals in order to improve as a team. The quality of your relationship influences how well you can merge!

Master a deep battle system!

Take advantage of elemental chemistry to add extra buffs or debuffs to your attack, or even change your opponent's element!
